[opencms-dev] accessing a page without click it from OpenCms workplace

I have created a folder in /sites/ folder called site2 with a index.html (a 
TemplateOne template).

In Project offline I can see the the index.html, and In project online too 
(once is published)

but when I close all the internet explorer and I copy the URL 
(http://localhost:8080/opencms/opencms/sites/site2/index.html) in a new IE 
window, a 404 server error is appearing (A system error reading a resource 
occured!)

What's wrong? how can i display the page without clicking it from OpenCms 
workplace?
