[opencms-dev] Empty Template + Static Export... ¿How to choose charset?

Hi list,

I'm trying to change the charset of an HTML... When I saw the file clicking it in the vfs of the OpenCMS y see it ok... but when I export, I have problems to view it ok.

So, I want to set the charset to export to UTF-8, in a file who use the "empty template" of OpenCMS. How can I do it? 

Or better, how can I set the default charset to export in OpenCms?
