[opencms-dev] How to give a group workplace access without parent group

Hi all,

I want to give all users of a group access to the OpenCms workplace. 
This group has no parent group like users or something else (And I do not want 
that).

I tried to create a group and added a user only to this group. When I tried to 
login with this user I got the following error:
You do not have the required permissions to access the opencms workplace

How can I set these permissions?

Or is there another possibility?
