[opencms-dev] Problems with Upgrade

Hello Michael, Daniel, 

today I upgraded from 6.0.0 to 6.0.3 and encountered the very same
problem. Maybe it'd be a good idea to include the opencms-legacy.jar
in the upgrade (or not delete it). 

Doesn't touch my opinion that the upgrade-feature is a big
step ahead against the export-reinstall-import-procedure.
