Well, it all depends on where you are.  Here the government rules
mandate that, if avaliable, all software be avaliable in both official
languages (english and french).  If a competing product is bilingual
and the other is not, the bilingual product wins.

And there is the expansion potential of a multi-lingual software
around the world to consider too.
