hay un proyecto para la traduccion al español en sourceforge.net
http://sourceforge.net/projects/opencms-es-tr
pero no se ha publicado nunca nada alli.
Lo mejor es que intentes hacer la traduccion y crear un grupo que te ayude,
porque ese proyecto parece abandonado.
