[opencms-dev] Issue with encoding property for resource

Currently running one site successfully using OpenCms and WebSphere. We
are trying to add another site and getting following error when we try
to access home page. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Could not read encoding property for resource
"/sites/<sitename>/index/html".

org.opencms.file.CmsVfsResourceNotFoundException: Error reading resource
from path "/sites/<sitename>/index/html"

 

ADMC0001E: Unable to serialize object:
[org.opencms.i18n.CmsMessageContainer, bundle:
org.opencms.db.generic.messages, 

key: ERR_READ_RESOURCE_1, arg1: /sites/<sitename>/index/html]
