[opencms-dev] how can I compile the sourse code and update MY opencms?

I have read the source code of the setup package. I want to do some change 
to opencms. First, I want to do some change in the setup procedure , but I 
fount it impossible to do it.

I established a J2EE web project in Eclipse, imported all needed package 
includeing source code package which contains all opencms java files into 
the Eclipse workspace. I modifyed the file CmsSetupBean.java.

Then I want to use the  [CmsSetupBean.class]  in Eclipse workspace to 
replace the CmsSetupBean.class in webapps\opencms\WEB-INF\lib,   
I went to the  tomcat\webapps\opencms\WEB-INF\lib\opencms.jar , I unzip the 
opencms.jar. I found that the original CmsSetupBean.class is 30KB, 
but in the Eclipse workspace it is 37KB

what's more, in Eclipse workspace ,opencms project folder,  where the 
content is the same to the opencmssource code folder, in the setup 
package, there are two more folders(packages):xml and comptest but in 
tomcat\webapps\opencms\WEB-INF\lib\opencms.jar, they don't exist. 
Then how can I complie the source code as them in the opencms.jar file???
