[opencms-dev] Managing Mailing Lists with OpenCms 6

I'm looking for information about managing a mailing list using OpenCms 
6.2.2. From what I've been able to determine there was a module for 
managing mailing lists available for OpenCms 5, but this doesn't seem to 
be available any longer. Is there a straightforward way of setting up a 
mailing list as part of a site managed through OpenCms?

I've also been wondering about how to add the "email form" page type to 
the list of resource types created by the "New" menu item. It's a bit 
annoying to have to copy existing forms whenever I need a new one.
