Hello

I do not know "exclude from publish" property, but from context menu
"Permissions" dialog you could set "Internal use only" which disable
access to this resource from Online project = for all users not logged
in workplace. I tested it now and for Online access it reports me 500
error code. For Offline it is "viewable" :-) I would expected 404 rather
500 but I do not know how the "internal" flag is processed inside OpenCms.
