[opencms-dev] OpenCMS 7.02 sub-OU groups/users +r+v permissions not taking effect, only root groups/users +r+v permissions work

Hi Dammian!

i tried to reproduce the problem (but in the HEAD ;) without success.
here is working everything as expected. see attached the permissions i set.
