[opencms-dev] problem: resouces locked by Admin cannot be unlocked?

Hi,

    During publishing resources from Offline To Online, some error occured.
After this error, publishing stopped and some resources are locked by Admin.
There is a publishing and lock icon on resource and on mouse-over, it says,
"Resource is waiting to be Published" & "Resource is Locked by Admin".

I tried re-publishing, but it dosen't worked. Retsarted several times
tomcat/machine, no success. On right-clicking resource, it shows following
in menu:

Relations, History and Properties. Whereas, publish directly is disabled.

What is the solution for this? Is there any way to UNLOCK these resources by
modifying tables? If yes, then which table?

Please advise.
