Hi,
I also encountered this SAX error while installing OpenCms 7.0.4 on weblogic
9.1 but is always came with another error message saying that OpenCms
cannot connect to the DB with the default connection pool.
I managed to bypass these errors with a workaround: I've filled in the file
opencms.properties with all the required information (thanks to a previous
setup with tomcat) and I've created the opencms database in MySQL. Then the
setup wizard does not produce any error concerning SAX or the DB
connection; this may required an extra restart of the server.
I encountered another error while importing the modules :
org.opencms.security.CmsRoleViolationException: Error reading the publish
list for project "_setupProject".
652: Exception while calling method "publishProjectAndWait".
651: Guest at _setupProject>publishProjectAndWait
650: ... 9 more
649: at org.opencms.db.CmsSecurityManager.unlockProject(
CmsSecurityManager.java:4850)
648: at org.opencms.db.CmsSecurityManager.checkManagerOfProjectRole(
CmsSecurityManager.java:348)
647: Caused by: org.opencms.security.CmsRoleViolationException: The user
"Guest" does not have management role permissions for project
"_setupProject".
This problem has been mentioned on previous release on this mailing list,
but I did not see any solution.
Again I used a weird workaround: I've simply dropped the DB and run the
setup again.
Maybe I only need all these workaround because I misconfigured something.
If anyone knows a cleaner process I would be pleased to use it.
Best Regards,
Jerome
