[opencms-dev] Merge new database into existing one

Hello, Ronen.

It's an interesting question.

In case it is possible in this scenario it will be nice to separate
content (content manager's work) and portal (developer's work) in
separate modules.

When developer delivers new portal version, the content manager should
export content module from the old installation and import it on the new
one.
