[opencms-dev] my site went down due to obscure catalina error

Hi Christoph,

most likely you have an XML file in the tomcat configuration that has a 
character before

<?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8'?>

XML files have to start with <?xml... and must not have anything before it.
