Hello Tania,
No i´m not changed any permission.
See the steps which I did to install OpenCms in my machine.
1 - Downloaded the opencms.war
2 - I deployed it in my tomcat
3 - run the tomcat and follow the steps to install open cms
I think that is not special in my case.
There is some problems using Windows Vista?
