[opencms-dev] Edit properties of the new file and Append ".html" suffix to name

Hi Paul-Inge and list,

As far as OpenCms 6.2.3, these were hard-coded in
/system/workplace/commons/newresource.jsp. It's easy to find and modify,
although more elegant solutions would be nice to be added to future
