[opencms-dev] Explorer view restriction does'nt work

Hi,

I would like to restrict one user to the explorer view, but when i select
"Restrict explorer view" checkbox in the user parameters, I can access again
to the Administration view.

If someone can explain to me what's happen and if this behaviour is normal ?
