[opencms-dev] Encoding in workspace_ru.txt, problem... :-(

Hi Kai and thanks a lot!

With this parameter in my ajp connector it finally worked. The encoding was
right from the beginning as it seems.

Thanks also to Alexei for suggesting the tool which simplifies encoding a
lot.
