[opencms-dev] Date and time format in the workplace

Hi,

it seems this worked

But I think it's a bit of a hack... To keep the workplace in English with
"Continent"-style dateformat (dd.mm.yyyy) I had to create a and use locale
"fr". :-)

Thanks for you help, I have requested an account in the wiki to publish the
