[opencms-dev] Webform error and missing ADE mode

Hello there,

I recently upgraded my OpenCMS installation from version 7 something to 8.5.1 For the most part it seemed to go very well.

However, I have had one problem I have not immediately been able to solve. I have a web form that I brought along from my version 7 installation. It almost works after some updating to a v8 schema but I get an error within an element of the page. I'm not clear which element it is talking about. The error is:

"This element can not be displayed correctly because there is no detail page configured for this type. Please create a type detail page for this type in the site map editor."

Ok fine, but looking for the site map editor I have realised that I don't seem to have ADE mode available at all. I'm not clear why. I didn't miss it initially because version 7 never had it (and I'm used to v7). If I had to guess it is because my pages are not setup with the correct container page and tags ? I was hoping somebody might have some insights into what my problem is.

1. Where is my ADE mode? 
2. Why does my web form not work (which I think related to 1 somehow)?
