[opencms-dev] How to use Network Share Access with OpenCms 9 ?

Hello and thank you for your response.

I tried with the following command:
net use * \\localhost\OPENCMS admin /USER:Admin /persistent:no

And I obtain an error 53: the network path has not been found.

I also tried with the key in the registry without any success.

Have you tried connecting to the network share from the command line via "net use"? What error message do you get if you try to do so?

I found an article which may be related to the problem at
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2686098 , it seems that for some file servers, you may need to disable the "Secure Negotiate" feature by setting the RequireSecureNegotiate option to 0 under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanWorkstation\Parameters
in the registry. Would you mind trying this out?
