[opencms-dev] Creating web user in OC 9

Hi Thorsten,

webusers were removed since 7.0.5, see:

Just create new group (i think you dont need to create new organizational
unit, but you can if you nedd) and assign right permissions.

I have group called "Registered", which is child group (have parent group)
of group "Guests". Users in this group can login/logout but don´t have
permissions to modify files, login to the workplace etc. You can modify
permissions of this group of course.
