good news!

Alex was kind enough to create a GitHub Team opencms-community and
corresponding Gitter Chat.

If you never heard of Gitter: It's a real time chat application similar to
IRC that integrates with GitHub.

The whole idea developed out some discussions at OpenCms Days 2015, looking
for a way to have a faster and low-friction communication channel for the
developer community.

For now there is only one room called general but we can create more if
signal to noise ratio becomes too high.

One important thing if you've not used one of those real time chat apps
before: You can change the notifications from "every time someone posts" to
"mentions". This means you will only get interrupted if someone mentions
you. E.g. "@shimberger Time for coffee" to mention me. I made a short video
how to change this setting:
