[opencms-dev] Prevent resource publishing

Hi Tobias,

understood.
What if this editor keeps the lock of the file which should not be published? So after editing the file, he has to go into context menu and click "Lock". I just checked this on 10.5. Another user will not see this file in the publish list then. Test was with two admin users.

Thanks Kai.

But not exactly what I'm looking for.

Editors still should be allowed to publish. And they might use "publish resources in folder" or not.

But might be another editor did changes in one of the 2000 subresources and don't what that resource to be published at any case because he didn't finish editing yet ...
