[opencms-dev] HTTP Authentification

I am having a problem with CmsExample4...

All requirements of the example provided in the PDF documentation have
been met.

Problem:

When I attempt to view the page from the exlorer view, I am continuously
prompted by a pop-up user authentification which does not recognize any
of the administration (or) user ID's...

All help is golden!
