[opencms-dev] Can I have diferent versions of project in OpenCMS?

Hello, list. I've diferent roles in my web development team:
- a designer, who make the xml templates for the web( the web structure )
and publish his designs.
- a content publisher who just write pages besed on the templates created
and publish them.
- a news publisher who just write news and publish them.

I've created three projects, one for each role, and the person only can work
in its project, but I've seen that if the designer is changing the images,
for examples, and the news publisher publish his news, the news images that
the designer was changing appears in online version. Is there any way to
avoid this? I means, Is possible that any person publish something and the
changes of the others projects doesn't publish?. I think that the management
of concurrent versions are very important thing in the work of a team of
persons.
